Internships

As an intern, Greg focused on operational aspects of financial planning, tax planning, and investment management. His primary goal was to help implement new systems to enable Susan, Donna, and Rob to work more efficiently and continue to deliver a delightful experience for MFA clients. Greg’s interest in sustainability also led to a research project on the topic and resulted in his authorship of the white paper Understanding Sustainable Investing.
Greg observed that personal finance is the intersection of macro-level economic concepts and individual decision making. These are two areas that he continues to focus on in his academic studies, and his internship led to a deeper understanding of practical applications and how financial planning and investing are used to help individuals and families achieve their goals.
As a student, Greg attends the College of Wooster in Ohio, where he is pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree in Global & International Relations with a concentration in Economics. In his junior year he also studied in Geneva Switzerland through the School of International Training in their Banking, Finance, & Social Responsibility program and held an internship at Globethics, also in Geneva. Greg will graduate in the spring of 2026.
