About Us

As the Operations Lead at Moore Financial Advisors, my goal is to equip our team with the tools, technology, and processes that let us spend more time on what matters most—our clients. I partner closely with Susan, Rob, and Donna to streamline how we work, so we can listen first, deliver personalized advice, and devote less time to internal administration.

Before joining MFA, I served on the Customer Success Operations team at Braze from late 2021 to early 2025. In that role, I analyzed and interpreted data for senior leadership and helped roll out new tools and processes for an award-winning Customer Success organization. During my tenure, the team grew from about 80 people across Los Angeles, New York, and London to more than 130 members worldwide. I’m proud to have contributed to scaling the team efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

In my final year at Braze, I found myself in increasingly frequent conversations with Rob about strategy and operations. Those discussions made it clear that the same disciplined, data-informed approach to systems and process could create meaningful leverage inside a client-centered advisory firm. I was drawn to MFA’s commitment to staying right-sized, listening first, and providing individualized attention—where operational improvements translate directly into better client experiences. In 2025, I joined MFA to apply that experience in a setting where the impact is immediate and personal.

I believe that well-designed operations are a quiet force for good: when the right systems are in place, complexity fades into the background and people have space to focus on real, human interactions. My work is about creating that space—so our advisors can spend more time with clients, and clients can feel heard, prepared, and confident.

Education: I have a B.A. in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, where I graduated with honors. I was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the national economics honor society, and participated in the College of Wooster Living Wage Campaign in support of equitable compensation for college staff.
